This position is ideal for social workers who want the independence and earning potential of private practice — without managing overhead, office logistics, or administrative workload.
Our clinic operates from a newly renovated professional space in central Halifax, within a building shared by medical and allied health providers. We receive consistent referrals from Halifax, Bedford, and Dartmouth, and demand for services continues to exceed capacity.
You can begin with a full client schedule immediately, or ramp up at a pace that works for you. Administrative systems are already in place, allowing you to focus on assessment, intervention, and client care.

Projected annual income range: $130,000 – $140,000
This Role Is A Great Fit For Social Workers Who...

Compensation
Projected annual income range: $130,000 – $140,000
- Based on current referral volume, most social workers can surpass $130,000 in their first year.

Qualifications
For Social Worker Position:

For Social Worker Position:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Social Work
- Experience providing treatment and intervention services for adults
- Registered with Nova Scotia College of Social Workers
