The Opportunity
This role is designed for counsellors who want the many benefits of private practice (including strong compensation) without the business overhead.
You’ll work in a fully renovated, professionally designed office space in central Halifax.
Our clinic is located in a medical and professional building alongside physicians, dental offices, pharmacies, and other health services.
We consistently receive referrals from Halifax, Bedford, and Dartmouth, and demand always exceeds our availability.
New counsellors can begin with a full caseload immediately (or when you’re ready to start). We handle intake coordination, scheduling, and administrative processes so you can focus on clinical work.
You maintain control over your schedule, your availability, and your work–life balance.

- Most counsellors can surpass $130,000 within their first year based on our referral volume.

Qualifications
For Counselling Therapist Positions:
